“You don’t marry someone you can live with-you marry someone you cannot live without…”

Joao & Francelina have known each other for over 20 years as acquaintances and would always greet each other in passing but with a warm and friendly undertone.

They spent several years without bumping together, until they ran into one another again at a mutual friend’s party.

What began as a simple reconnection of companion turned into friendship, that quickly developed into a love story, that gave fruit to a set of twins, and now their union.

Occasionally, they look back and have no idea how they got to where they are.

Therefore, they decided to celebrate their love with some close friends and family from Mozambique, here in Santorini. On the 27th August 2019, they exchanged their vows at Santo Winery, with the amazing caldera view as background.

Harmoniously unity between them, was the main element of their day. White flowers and greenery with a minimal ceremony set up, made the scenery like a dream.

After their ceremony, local wine from the winery served to everybody, toasted at Francelina & Joao’s new begin, as husband and wife. Group, family & couple’s photos followed before reception starts.

Their unforgettable day finished with their reception at Pyrgos Restaurant.

After the end of their rich dinner, the couple with their guests digged an amazing RnB party, with a very close friend of the couple at the desks, dancing and drinking till late in the night.
